- Feb Sat 18th 2012. We will be holding our annual Barn Dance. Fendragon will provide the music and Adam Hughes will be the caller at the Harpenden Public Halls. As usual a very good event.
These are the things that you have missed in the last twelve months (most recent first)
- Sep Sat/Sun 4th/5th. The Country section took part in the York festival of Dance. In past years we have danced MOrris only but this year the Country section went. We made a welcome change for the audience and were much appreciated.
- Aug Sat 20th we should have been performing again at the Flamstead Scarecrow Festival. Unfortunately, the weather put a dampner on all but singing in the church.
- Jul Sat 30th. The Club appeared once more at the Leighton-Linslade Canal Festival.
- Jul Wed 6th evening. The Country and Clog sections appeared on the streets at St. Michaels festival.
- Jun Sun 26th. The club will took part in the Stevenage Carnival.
- Jun Sat 25th. We appeared around St. Albans during their festival.
- Jun Wed 22th. The Cotswold men and NorthWest ladies danced once again by the river as at the Green Dragon in London Colney.
- Jun Sat 18th. The club take part in the Tring Carnival Carnival. Resurrected after 18 years. but unfortunately a bit wet.
- Jun Sun 12th. The club were due to entertain in the arena at the The World comes to Wheathamstead. Unfortunately the weather meant that we appeared in the hall and did rather less dancing than expected.
- Jun Sat 11th. The club were the main attraction at the delightful Muswell Hill Church Fete. This included the Singers in the church and the Mummers outside.
- Jun Fri 10th. The Cotswold men and NorthWest ladies provided the interval spot at Chiltern Ceilidh in Dunstable.
- May Wed 4th. The Cotswold men and NorthWest ladies danced by the river as at the Green Dragon in London Colney.
- Apr Sat 23rd (Easter Saturday). We danced once again at the St. George' Day celebration in St George's Square, Luton.
- Mar Sat 12th. The Cotswold men took the "waters" once again at the Devil's Dyke Ale.
- Mar Thu 10th. We had fun with the Wheathamstead Club for the Disabled.
