Since our foundation in 1975 we have established contacts with many folk groups both in this country and elsewhere in Europe. We have always tried to arrange a visit abroad each year, usually to visit another group and stay in their homes, to experience other folk traditions and ways of life. Similarly we have invited groups to visit us, to introduce them to our own traditions and hospitality. From time to time, we visit a folk festival in England or abroad, giving us a chance to meet many other groups.
